At Vaquita The Label, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all Vaquita tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days.
Processing & Credit
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange via email within 7-10 business days.
